« This adorable appartement in Elmira New York was a perfect fit for my friend and I and was in a beautiful area. The town was cute and the home itself was tidy and a perfect space. I would 100% recommend this place for a couple of people looking for a place to stay while visiting upstate New York. The owner of the place was incredibly reliable and easy to get a hold of and made our stay as comfortable as possible. »

« My Daughter and I visited the area to tour Cornell University, Ithaca College, and to visit the area. We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. We booked to return in November for a follow up...

« My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious! « Old huge house. Description noted AC- it was only small portable units that were not sufficient for the large space. The stairs to access the 2nd floor unit were actually 17 steep stairs. Then 14 more steep stair to get to the 3rd floor bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom had no blinds- felt exposed at night with lights on. The owners were very kind and did try to make amends for the lack of AC. They also helped carry our belongings up the stairs. Was okay but would not book again due to the stairs....
