Hôtel près de Waveney Park (Ballymena)

« Very kind and respectful staff. Very safe, warm and clean hotel. I had a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone. »

« Cosy, grandes chambres confortables. »

« Arrivée dans la chambre pour 4: il s'agit d'un lit en 140 et d'un canapé lit de moins de 110cm dans lequel nos 2 enfants ont essayé de dormir... Pas assez de serviettes pour 4 personnes. « Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room. »

« O atendimento muito atencioso, o pequeno almoço muito completo, e quartos com boas condições e limpos »

We hadn't even finished our stay and were already talking about coming back. Its such a perfect getaway to be in nature. »

« Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up...
