'Very friendly staff and very clean'

'The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. 'Our original room smelt like a pet boarding room and caused allergies. Second night was better after they switched us rooms but unfortunate we had a bad experience the first night. '

'Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . '

'Helpful staff, clean modern facility. Need key card to access elevators so felt safer. We received a refund for the $10 charge for parking. Just a little inconvenient to have to validate parking stubs each time you left and returned and the other amenities made up for a little inconvenience.'

'Area was in poor condition, storage of construction components, blocked off entrance to parking lot.l. high risk of property crime, poor lighting, room was suppoto have a view but did not, elevators in bad shape and extra slow.'

'I enjoyed my stay and everything was clean and well maintained. However, I phoned the front desk (twice using the "0" on the room phone and once using the local phone number) and the phone was never answered. I figured out the issue with my TV and other questions. But it would have been nice if someone would answer the phone at the front desk.'

'Didn’t appreciate the third party parking lot pay system which generated a lot of concern about how enter and exit the property. Also the barriers at the front are way too narrow making it difficult to navigate with a full size truck'

'Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Ruim voldoende parkeerplaatsen voor de auto. Bij binnenkomst zag ik een erg basic uitziende receptie, echte we fris. Check in gebeurde snel en vriendelijke. De kamer was ruim en netjes, voorzien van 2 grote bedden en veel kussens. De badkamer was prima, alleen douchen in een bad is niet meer echt anno 2019. Maar ook de badkamer was netjes en fris.
