Un superbe 6 chambres (toutes avec salle de bains), 6. 5 salles de bain traditionnelles avec de vastes boiseries et une entrée gracieuse située sur 1. 4 acres avec vue sur une réserve de 5 acres offre la retraite d'été parfaite. Un grand salon formel avec des plafonds à caissons, une cuisine professionnelle avec garde-manger et un coin petit-déjeuner, tous accÚdent à une terrasse en acajou, une magnifique piscine de forme libre avec spa et un court de tennis tous temps et un filet de basket. Une grande suite parentale avec cheminée, balcon et grande salle de bain principale offre le sanctuaire parfait à la fin de la journée. Une salle à manger formelle, un systÚme audio multi-piÚces, un sous-sol fini avec une cave à vin et un hammam ne sont que quelques-uns des équipements supplémentaires de cette grande maison.

C'est aussi le pays du cheval, et en été, Bridgehampton accueille le prestigieux Hampton Classic Horse Show annuel. Pour Pony Camp et Lessons à distance de marche de Two Trees Farm et Campbell Farm. Une balade à vélo à First Blue / Rose Hill. Un trajet en bus de 2 heures (Luxury Liner ou Hampton Jitney) jusqu'à New York et 1 heure jusqu'à l'aéroport MacArthur d'Islip.

The best experience and such a great property

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house is SO clean and up to date. Everything worked and it was a great continent location. Most importantly, the owner is so nice and professional. They helped us with lots of great information and reconditions for restaurants and various activity. Totally recommend this.

Amazing Getaway!

My wife and I booked this last minute for our family with 2 small kids, and my sister in law and her husband and child, and so happy we did. Catherine’s house is amazing; the property is stunning and pictures do not do it justice. It is very well appointed, immaculately clean and despite the size was incredibly warm and welcoming and felt like a home away from home. Pool was amazing, my wife and I played tennis for the first time in years and enjoyed a great movie one evening. Catherine is super communicative, professional, nice and you can tell she genuinely cares about the experience her guests have and that comes through in every single communication. Would highly recommend staying here and know we will be looking forward to staying again soon if she will have us!

Great amenities and great communication

This home really did have everything you could want for your getaway, we enjoyed the pool, spa hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, grill, bicycles, and game room. The pictures online do not do it justice, it really is chock full of amenities for a family gathering. The host had great communication, provided helpful tips, answered questions, and helped make it a pleasant stay. Although we were in the Hamptons, we barely left because the home was so pleasant!

Perfect family getaway

This property was so great that we never left it to go to the beach. The tennis courts are in great shape, the pool is inviting, and the flowers and plantings were beautiful. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would definitely like to go back soon.

Great for family get together

The layout of this house, it’s location and graciousness of the owner made this trip memorable. Kitchen is beyond fully stocked with everything g you need. Dining room sat nine. Tennis court was out to good use as was the spa. We didn’t even have time to explore the workout room or sauna in the basement. Only downside of the house is it’s proximity to the train which we stopped noticing.

Hamptons Summer Stay

Lovely home, nicely and comfortably decorated, very helpful host gave us recommendations for activities, sports/culinary experts to assist, etc. Bought us a new TV in their home gym middle of stay. Had all gear we needed- beach gear, bikes, tennis racquets, sports balls etc. Very comfortable beds, best we've had in a rental.

Listing was very detailed and accurate. Owner was very responsive to questions. We had one issue with an A/C unit. The owner had someone there in a hour from our call and it was fixed. We would definitely return.

Fall Stay

This is a spacious house very conveniently located near Bridgehampton town. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful with anything you could need. The yard is great for kids, in particular the basketball / tennis court and lots of grass to run around on. It's a short drive to the beach - in the off season you don't need a permit, and it's well located for running either south of the highway or north towards the farms. The gym in the basement is also awesome - has all kinds of machines including a peloton! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with every type of kitchen tool you could need - we cooked Thanksgiving here and were not missing a thing. The house is close to the train so a bit of noise from that but otherwise a great property.

Fantastic Stay in Water Mill

Our family and friends had an amazing time at this property. The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The backyard amenities of the pool, spa, and tennis court kept us entertained at all times of day. Water Mill is a beautiful town with so many great restaurants and things to do nearby. Catherine, the host, offered so many fantastic suggestions that made the trip even more memorable which included the following: Mecox Beach - We spent 2 full days there - The Hamptons beaches did not issue visitor parking passes this year due to COVID, but my husband dropped us off, drove back to the house, and then biked back down to us. Kayak tour with Eric (East End Kayaks) that the boys absolutely loved. Eric was so informative, teaching the kids about the habitat and wildlife in the area. The trip including fishing, crabbing and clamming. We rented a chartered boat from Uihlien's in Montauk - the kids had a blast tubing off the back. Peter Ambrose - private chef - Cooked and served a Lobster/Clambake at the house one night Private tennis lessons with Marco who was awesome! We also visited Wollfer twice - once for a walking tour and another time for a sit down wine and appetizer pairing. We had a fabulous dinner at Topping Rose which is very close to the house. We had two 'take in' meals from Almond that were delicious. I could go on and on with how pleased we were with this trip! The weather was perfect every day except for one, but we had plenty in the house to keep busy and welcomed a relaxing day of playing cards, playing pool in the basement, and watching movies. We spent 8 nights here and we wished we had booked 8 more! We look forward to visiting again!!

Great Family Vacation

My extended family ( 10 of us) stayed at this wonderful property --enjoying the large and private fenced in yard, perfectly situated pool, hot tub and outside deck with ample seating for eating and relaxing outdoors! The interior of the home is beautiful with great space for all of us to be together, and have a place for some alone time-- the exercise area in the basement was top nothch! Amazing family holiday

72 Windmill Lane was one of the nicest homes we rented in the Hamptons! The house space, accommodation and room sizes were perfect for our family of eight adults, an infant and dog! The outside area with the pool , garden and tennis court was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the layout and the basement area ( part of the family was working during the week and we all managed to do so with no issue in terms of space or connectivity) Would definitely like to come back next summer to spend a longer time! Catherine, our host was so cooperative and helpful with all our questions and needs. Thank you for a lovely trip!
