'He been to the BGL twice in the last month and have enjoyed both stays. First hotel I’ve been to that has no reception or staff in general, with keys and information left on a table on the way in. No matter though, I’m there to sleep and shower and that’s about it! 'Our stay at Victorian House was really nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful and our room was very pleasing. The interiors of the house are beautifully curated and we particularly enjoyed being so well located with parking and the lovely breakfast we were served. The only thing that would improve the stay would be new tvs in the rooms but this is minor. We're very much looking forward to returning, excellent stay and great value for money.'

'The rooms were so dirty, Its like entering a once verry nice house. But the moment you enter the room it smells duff and diguisting. The rooms are weird when you enter you immidiatly go down a bunch of stairs. The bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in centuries and the tiles of the floor are lose. My bed had a blood stain from someone on the blanket witch was disguisting. Dont recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to!!! Personel was nice tho'
