Hôtel près de Musée Eskdale Mill (Holmrook)

« Very decent place to stay with comfortable rooms, welcoming and helpful people and a first class breakfast. I especially liked the vegetarian breakfast, the Motown music and jazz posters. Easy to find and good parking. »

« An amazing location and room. Great breakfast and convenient to walkable and drivable Lake District attractions. »

« What a perfect place to stay. Room was large and comfortable. Emiko was a lovey host full of great suggestions on what to do locally. Breakfast was very tasty but the real added extra was the on site bar with what seemed like 100s of different whiskeys which Emiko was very knowledgable on and happy to help you find one to enjoy. We will be back. »

« Well appointed room with everything you need and stunning view. »

« Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...

« Agréable séjour. Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas bien fait! Région magnifique, loin de la foule... »

« The Red Lion is perfectly located within the picturesque village of Hawkshead. The pub is a great, friendly place to spend the evening and the fact that they serve food is a bonus if you don't want to go out. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. »

« Fine stay. »

« This was our first time staying at an independent hotel and we were welcomed by a polite staff member. However, the conditions of the room and amenities of it could’ve been better such as the shower, the floor and walls. The shower was mouldy, the floor was very squeaky for both our room and neighbours making the noise doubled and the walls had no purpose whatsoever as they were so thin , hearing neighbours frequently. Our breakfast on the last morning wasn’t served to us and we got told to go...

« Très bel endroit, la chambre est somptueuse, le petit déjeuner anglais est le meilleur qui soit. Et, cerise sur le gâteau, l’accueil est formidable. Merci. »

« J ai sejourne une nuit dans cet hotel (chambre 1, see sea), arrive tres tare le soir et depart tres tot. Il n y a pas d isolation phonique ce qui est tres genant pour pouvoir dormir. »

« Cette hôtel était vraiment parfait , nous avons passer un très bon séjour »

« Dejligt sted. Skøn natur omkring hotellet og rigtig god atmosfære. God mad og venlig betjening. »

« Very pleasant stay. »
