Street parking is available. It’s free on Sundays and holidays all day and weekdays between 8 PM - 8 AM. All other times you can pay on the Parkmobile app or the kiosk meter $20/ all day).

Stays of 30 nights or longer are welcome, including corporate and insurance placements. Local guests booking 30 nights or more are welcome too. Please message us to set up an extended booking. Utilities and wifi are included in the booking total.

Before access is shared, we ask each guest to verify their identity with a government-issued ID or passport. It is kept private and secure.

On stays of 30 nights or more, a professional cleaning takes place at least once a month. The extra cleaning fee is charged after the booking is confirmed.

Pets are considered case by case. The building restricts some dog breeds, so please tell us the breed before booking and we'll confirm the pet fee.

Only the guests named on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Undisclosed guests or pets may be charged $50 per guest or 3 times the pet fee, per night, or the stay may end early without a refund.

This is a strictly non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind including e-cig in the unit and on balcony will result in a $1,000 fee.

Nearby street parking is metered on weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM, payable through the Parkmobile app or at the kiosk. It is free on Sundays, holidays and weekday evenings.

Exterior doorbell cameras outside each unit facing the hallway. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

The building is home to long-term residents, so we ask that guests be considerate in shared spaces. Please dispose of garbage according to local guidelines.
