« The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

« Great location for exploring Leamington Spa town. Close to the parks and quiet too. Room (6) is nice and warm. »

« All was clean modern and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. One niggle was the reception on the T.V was sometimes flaky. »

« Property was very nice and well situated for visiting national trust properties and local attractions. The kitchen is very limited in cooking options and need more typical utensils such as scissors, spatula, egg splicer etc. hard to cook meals.Bed mattress were soft and limited bedding.House could do with a good clean as cobwebs inside the house. »

« Great little flat in the middle of Stratford. Off road parking is great as you can leave your car and walk everywhere. Great comms from judy and i loved the little notes doted around the flat telling you how things worked. No keys to worry about either with the electronic lock. Only slight issue was the bed wasn't that comfortable but it didn't spoil the break. »

« The property has a very welcoming air cheerfully furnished in bright colours nestled in beautiful surroundings in the glorious countryside and well situated for touring around The Midlands. The entrance to the Farm is initially hard to find, and caution needed driving down the track leading to the property but you quickly become proficient avoiding potholes, all part of farming life to be embraced. « Good size property for a group of 4-6 size on a short break. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Even though central and on a main road was not noisy. Felt safe with good security. Good secure car park with no restraints on spaces etc. Small point, but would be great to add a hair dryer to amenities. »

« Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut). »
