'The room was clean, spacious and well equipped for a short stay. Only a five minute walk from the town centre with parking outside. Really good value for money with no issues whatsoever. Thank you for having us.'

'Nice loft apartment on 2 floors, fully renovated. Great facilities, nice kitchen, full oven and hob (but no microwave), washing machine, dishwasher. Large bedroom and shower room upstairs. Use of tennis courts (though we didn't have time to use them). VRBO advised check-in details would be sent 4 days before arrival, but the host advised (when I contacted them 3 days before) that they would only be sent 24 hours before. Fair enough, but info needs updating on VRBO. A little bit unclear from the...

'Absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need to hand. It was wonderful to sit out on the deckings and feed the ducks and swans. Plenty of outdoor seating with comfy cushions. Richard was a wonderful host, though sadly we didn't get to meet Victoria during our stay, we did chat on the phone and she was incredibly helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better spot for my birthday weekend and the bottle of fizz was also much appreciated. '

'Het is een mooie ruime woning op een geweldige locatie. Je kunt zo het centrum inlopen van een superleuk stadje. Met een klein buitenplaatsje waar we 's avonds nog lekker konden genieten van een drankje. Enige minpuntje is toch wel de kwaliteit van de matrassen. Die zijn echt aan vervanging toe.'

'Nice property, great location, spotlessly clean, well kitted out. Very friendly owner very flexible with meeting up and very welcoming. Only downside is the main bed is a sofa bed, very bouncy, and not very comfortable, so not a great night's sleep, but we are middle aged with dodgy backs'
