Chalets in Warsaw

'Room was great, A/C excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. (delivered an extra blanket very nicely.) Breakfast was tasty and all the food was good, but quite busy and a bit chaotic getting in and out of a small room where the breakfast bar was. waiting on waffles held up the line quite a bit ... could they move that out of that room and put elsewhere? thanks'

'I loved everything about the hotel. The only thing I would say is, if you have a disability, let them know so they can accommodate you in the first floor because there was no elevator.'

'The first room we got was right above the pool and smelled horribly of chlorine and cleaner. We asked for another room and were told they didn’t have any but were eventually given another room. The hot tub jets did not work and there were no towels. Their pancake maker was broken and they didn’t have bacon and sausage and gravy like they said they would. However, I feel they were short staffed. There was only one clerk and one person handling the breakfast. It was still a nice stay and the beds...

'The hotel is under some renovation with pool and fitness area while we were there. Otherwise everything was terrific!!'

'we booked 2 nights and then late afternoon of the first day we found we were unable to stay over the next night and had to quickly checkout. I would have thought they would at the least give us a partial refund. I realize checkout was 11:00 but things change and it just happens . We were gone all day so couldn't check out. They even kept the pet fee for the second night. I could understand a late check out fee but not the whole fee. the check in lady was awesome. it went down...

'Experience was good for single male. Reservation, check-in were excellent. Location was good just off I71. A/C was excellent. Room was clean but we'll used with some visible mold in bath area. Floor needed to be replaced. Breakfast was basically non existent. Coffee, pastry and banana.'

'No meat or egg for breakfast!!!! Room was poor condition, Smelled! Clip scents on ac,fabreezed room! broken lamp,sticky floor,housekeeping doesn't mop! Cracked shower liner, base molding poor,unstuck. microwave was horrendous and old! Auto on by movement light woke me alot up,dumb! HALL DOOR KEPT US UP THE CLOSER WAS BROKE SO IT SLAMMED,THE MANAGER DIDN'T DISCOUNT MY STAY FOR ANY OF THIS!'

'Everything was extremely nice. Breakfast was more than cereal and fruit there was a hot meal and other options. Very pleased and would stay there again.'
