With direct ski-in/ski-out access to Lincoln Peak, this end-unit retreat makes winter days effortless. After time on the trails, unwind on the patio with mountain views or warm up by the fire inside. In summer, the shared pool (open June–September) and nearby tennis courts offer plenty of outdoor fun, while hiking and biking trails begin right outside your door. The patio features outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and loungers for relaxing in the mountain air.

Inside, the living area welcomes you with an indoor fireplace and comfortable seating surrounded by large windows that fill the room with natural light. Entertainment abounds with a TV, arcade games, life size games, a game console, and board games for evenings spent together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other cooking basics for preparing meals with ease. Share breakfast before heading to the slopes or gather around the dining table for a family dinner.

Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. The main floor bedroom has a king bed and a twin sleeper chair. Upstairs, two bedrooms each include a king bed, and a fourth bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin window bed, and a twin trundle, ideal for kids or groups. The living room includes a queen pull-out couch. Linens, towels, and a washer and dryer are provided.
