The Space:
Located in one of Wanaka’s most sort after areas, this highly spec’d home has it all. From stunning views to contemporary artwork, this house boasts both luxury and comfort. This beautiful home has striking mountain views and is just a short drive away from Wanaka’s café and restaurant scene.

Through the entrance way and to the left, you will find two contemporary styled bedrooms with mountain views. The shared bathroom has a deluxe bathtub to relax in after a day up the slopes or on the lake. To the right of the entrance way is the media room, kitchen and open plan living. Follow the stairs up to the tranquil master bedroom with ensuite, walk in wardrobe and balcony, and soak in the stunning views.

In the upstairs hallway, you will also find a hidden work space with desk, chair and printer - a quiet place to get some work done for those on a working holiday.

The open plan dining and living area is the perfect place to sit down with a glass of local wine and enjoy the cosy fireplace. During summer, open the doors to the outdoor dining area and enjoy the warm, Central Otago sun. This home’s stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you need including an Nespresso coffee machine and ice maker. The separate media room comes complete with a flat screen TV.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Long Singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king bed upon request. A small fee may apply for this customization.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
