My room was all the way in the back end of the hotel. The gentleman in charge at the reception offered to walk with me to my room. He insisted I would get lost if he didn't, and he was right. The hotel is much bigger than it looks: It toke several minutes to get to my room, and we had a great conversation on the way!

'My second stay here. A really good place to stay with a great Italian restaurant attached. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Free parking too. A nice pub down the road selling a great pint of ale. Dartmouth Park is close by and lovely to walk around. Bus and tram stop about 20 mins walk away to easy access in to Birmingham or Wolverhampton and they run late so you can have a nice night out and get back to hotel without a worry. '

'We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame.
As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

'This hotel is a hidden gem!
The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast.
The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!'

'We only need a place to sleep en shower, but than it should be pleasant en clean. This hotel offers that very well. Good beds, clean bathroom, all the basic requirements including wifi.
The staff is friendly, the included breakfast sufficient (full english if you want), the facilities are modern and bright. It is next to restaurants and fitness club and easily accessible by main roads. For one night of a whole week, this place is good to stay.'
