This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft unit is extremely spacious and boasts high ceilings, a fully supplied kitchen and an airy living space to relax and watch all of your favorite shows or simply unwind after a busy day of exploring.

Updated with stainless steel appliances - this stylish bar area is ideal for entertaining. Both bedrooms provide ample space and with the second bedroom being in the open air loft space and each has it’s own bathroom equipped with shower/tub combinations. This unit accommodates up to four guests. Equipped with its in-condo washer and dryer allows you to save space in your luggage. There is an additional attic which could be used to storage your luggage.

Check in was very easy, the property company was communicative leading up to our stay and during! They offer concierge type service- so any questions or needs they were available and always quick to respond! The condo itself was clean, had everything we needed & then some! Chairs, umbrella, cooler plus kitchen stuff! We had a great stay, the views are spectacular and the turtles come right up on the beach in front of us!!! Would stay again.

The location of the condo is beautiful. We were able to watch turtles and whales right from the balcony. The condo itself gave us some trouble. We didn’t have working lights in the kitchen (they came and replaced bulbs). The kitchen is VERY small. The upstairs shower was inoperable, water wouldn’t drain and the shower leaked into the closet of the downstairs bedroom. We found out from the plumber who came twice that one of the pipes had a hole in it. It wasn’t repaired for the entire 10 days we were there. We had trouble one night with the upstairs AC beeping and making a loud noise. That cleared itself after about 8 hours but made for a difficult night’s sleep. The management company was very responsive throughout all the issues but due to the many things we had go wrong and the inability to get things repaired I wouldn’t recommend this particular condo.

Location was perfect located in between Kahului and Kihei. Neighborhood was quiet, unfortunately the water was murky the whole stay but thats okay we had other activities planned, door code I was provided did not work the first time however the rep was able to provide me a new code, the loft area was definitely a surprise since there was a room just across the stairs.

The condo was beuatiful, included plenty of room for our family to have their own space. The air conditioning worked wonderful through out the entire condo. There was plenty of kitchen tools to use during our stay, and everything was very organized and clean.

Great Location with Beautiful Harbor view

Check in and out with ease. Perfectly located on South Central side of island made seeing all areas of the island a reasonable driving distance. Parking included was a Great plus as well. Maalea Harbor hosts many great activities and restaurants and is walkable. Wonderful stay. Mahalo!!!!

Perfect Location for Family Holiday

Property was well maintained. Unit was clean and had all the amenities needed. Vacationed on Maui six times and were apprehensive about this property as we usually stay in the Wailea area. We were not disappointed.

First Trip to Hawaii

The property overall was very well kept and the unit had upgraded flooring and appliances. The communication with the management staff was the best we've ever experienced. They called to make sure we got into the unit and asked if there was anything we needed. The unit itself was in a great location and the view was amazing. The complex is in a quiet area in the valley, but dining and other activities were just a short drive away. We met several unit owners during our stay and they were all friendly and helpful. We plan to come back to this property and hopefully this particular unit.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here after island hopping from the Big Island. This place was amazing!! The views are just as pictured, even better. Not only did we see the ocean but we were able to see rainbows and snorkelers. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. It was so fully stocked. We would absolutely stay here again!

Maui excellence

My wife did not want to leave. Really good location for taking advantage of everything on the west and east sides of the island. There was room enough for 5 adults, but would have been more comfortable for 4. Loved watching the whales in the morning from the balcony. Kitchen was tight for 2, but workable. Used the grill outside for steaks. Seating for 5 was only available around the table on the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms was also very nice. Had one issue with a smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night on Xmas eve. Left a message with Sunny Maui on Xmas day but did not hear from anyone. Overall, we'd stay again. Like I said, my wife did not want to leave.

Awesome trip and condo!

The condo was as advertised. Unbelievable views and great location! We have three kids, and it accommodated us well. They even told us not to worry about cleaning up, which is unusual for a VRBO.

The most beautiful location on Maui! We LOVED Ma’alaea Bay so much!

The process was easy & seamless. Photos of the condo were deceiving. It was extremely dated, chipped paint, holes in walls, sticky/dirty cabinets, etc. We spent most of our time outside so it wasn’t a huge issue but the condo is in desperate need of a deep clean & renovations.

Excellent property

The property was clean, well maintained and a lot of extras were included. In room laundr/dryer was a big plus Beach supplies and toys for the children were included as well. A/C in the living room, and ventilators in the two bedrooms. Nice community in a quiet complex. Not a big selection on restaurants/shopping/groceries near by but with a car you find everything within 15 minutes. We will definitely come back one day!

Perfect setting for a relaxing vacay

We visited from WA state in March and enjoyed every minute of our stay in MB 405. Saw whales, turtles and cute green geckos from the lanai daily, used the barbecue grills, pool and hot tub, walked to the Harbor shops, played the mini golf course close by and enjoyed a treat from the shave ice truck there (twice!) The condo is a quick drive to Kihei and a little bit further to Lahaina and Wailea. We love the Maalaea area because it is quiet, slow-paced, and away from crowds - not everyone’s preference, but perfect for us and we’ve stayed in the same area 3 times now. We had friends stay a few days and our daughter & son- in-law for a few days, plus local friends over for dinner one evening. All raved about the view and amenities!! The condo is very well equipped for cooking and for beach adventures. Some of the features are a little dated, but everything functions and was very clean. The management company actively checked in with me via text to make sure everything was as expected. I would highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic

The property fit us all perfectly! Every morning we say whales or dolphins with a beautiful sunrise and sunsets as well. When you take to the mini beach in front of the condo you see turtles every where it's the coolest thing. If you a beach comber like myself it's a great little area! Neighbors are so friendly and kind, they gave great advise on stops to see and shop at as a visitor. The property managment team is perfect and communication is outstanding. I highly recommend this property.
