Excellent Property and Location

Amazing location - well maintained property on a quiet street that is ideally located close to all island attractions. Unit itself is wonderful. My wife and I travelled with our 4 children (2,7,13 and 15) and this unit met all of our expectations. Sure, there are some very minor issues as pointed out by other reviewers, but you will not be able to beat this property for layout, amenities, views, and convenience. We will be back to this property during our next stay in Maui.

Extended vacation

Gorgeous place clean and organized. Well stocked with everything from cooking utensils to clothes hangers! Short walk to the marina and shopping and great restaurants. We did a fishing day offshore and had a blast! Enjoyed our catch on the lanai afterwards. We definitely recommend and will return to enjoy that spectacular view!! This place is amazing!

Great location

The views!!! We enjoyed staying here. There’s so much space. We saw whales every day. Very clean inside, had all the amenities and well stocked kitchen. When I called and texted with the property manager I received immediate response. Some of the closet’s hinges were almost coming apart (account to the dated interior). We did wish the outside windows could have been cleaned, but I’m sure that’s is hard to do with. But over all we really enjoyed staying here. all the salt spray that comes off of the ocean

Beautiful view and location

Amazing view

In person, the condo seems a bit more dated than the photos show however, the vibe could be AMAZING with fixes some of the minor damages and little flaws. The view and location more than made up for it and I would definitely recommend staying. We saw soooo many turtles every day!!! That too made our stay! Parking was easy, once we figured out it was in the garage underneath. Walkable to the harbor shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend the ice cream shop! And Starbucks is close too!

that view

We loved the location/view and condo itself. Very nicely stocked pantry!! Could not find a code to use the stairs to enter the building (elevator only)....we were only give the pool code and room code. I tried the pool code. didn't try our condo code. Condo was really nice however dated. But for how old this remodel was, it was in very to fairly good shape...a few things didn't work, but no big deal. Wasn't able to start hood fan due to assuming it just didn't work....but power button and one other button was broken. was able to get it switched with a tool, and now it works when pulled out. Parking lot patrol left at least 3 warnings on our car (first was within 1 hour of getting there and parked in visitor spot). Called about rental not able to go to basement parking and was told to use visitor spots when called. had parking pass clearly displayed on rear view mirror and still got two more warnings on our windshield. lol......I'd recommend using something otehr than white duct take for covering the front vented window around to seal and also not use blue tape in several spots to highlight broken things....or make them much smaller. I will be recommending the place regardless and will likely stay again, just due to view/windows and very cool layout w/round kitchen and architecturally very unique. etc.... oh....please put on some slow close toilet seats and fyi guest bath toilet seat won't even stay up for men who need to lift the seat...lol too. mahalo

Great Location, Better Views

Great location with the most amazing views from this unit. We've been to the area before and expected no sand beach off the unit, but the grass area was great and small beach to the Harbor. Short walk to Maalaea Harbor and quick drive to beachs down in Kihei or Makena. Pool area was great for kids and room was comfortable for 6. Would definatley stay again. Condo had boogie boards, towels, and plenty of kitchen utensil etc. Washer/Dryer in unit too was nice. 10 AM check out is tough, but we wanted to get our day going anyway so no big deal.

The view was beautiful, condo was very clean. Condo did seem very outdated, not what was expected at that price point. Be ready for very quick showers as the hot water lasts 5 or so minutes max. We messaged the property owner to find out how to turn a light on the balcony to enjoy it in the evening and never got a response back!

Perfect stay

If you're looking for a gorgeous view to wake up to this is it. Watching the sunrise and sunset on the balcony was breathtaking. The condo is easy to access, stunning interior, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to rest and enjoy the island!

My husband and I came to Maui to rest for a week. This place was the absolute perfect place to do just that! Every place you sit has a view, the sound of the ocean is unbelievable and drowns out most other noise. We enjoyed coffee on the incredible balcony each morning with the most amazing sunrises. I could say so much more, but I will just say this… it was perfect.

Priceless, awesome, spectacular

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect! We had originally looked to stay in Lahaina and chose to stay here. Best decision ever! This is a much better location cuz you were literally in the center of everything. Just a short Drive North and a short drive to the south. You must stay here. Don't forget Mama's Fish House and you have got to try Ekolu Kitchen 1279. Ekolu Ambience does not match up to Mama's Fish House or Duo or even Lahaina Grill. but the food was spectacular in the prices cannot be beat. ALOHA

The property was disappointing, It was advertised as a 6 person property, but in reality it is large studio with two bathrooms. The property is listed as beach front, while it is on the ocean, there is no beach. The decor has not been updated since the 80s, and lacked a modern appeal. (Lots or mirrored walls, Gold and white. Pros Clean Beach gear available for use Cons Not enough space for 6 people Wall outlets not functioning

Great view and convenient location

My husband and I stayed here with our two teenagers for a week. Enjoyed the expansive views, sunny breakfasts in the lanai, watching the sea turtles feed nearby every evening, and the central location that made for easy drives to many beaches, as well as dining in Wailea or Lahaina etc. Within walking distance of the harbor and a world class aquarium. Be prepared to launder beach towels every night if you are a party of four (like we were). One of the pulls which raise and lower a large living room shade was broken and could not be raised, so this took away from the views, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience. The unit's kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware, dishes and appliances one would need for an extended stay--as well as three beach chairs, boogie boards, large portable cooler and beach umbrella, which was so convenient! This unit is on the 4th floor and we were happy that there was an elevator. Ample free parking as well. We would stay here again and very much enjoyed having this as our home base during our Maui vacation!
