- Mandatory Hawaii State & County Taxes: Advertised room rates exclude standard mandatory lodging taxes. Stays are subject to an accumulated local tax structure of 18.25% (11.00% State TAT, 3.00% County TAT, and 4.25% GET). Any remaining tax balances or local occupancy adjustments not fully covered during your initial online booking must be settled directly with the front desk at checkout.
- Strict No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is entirely prohibited inside rooms, on private outdoor lanais, or within public resort corridors. A deep-cleaning sanitation penalty fee of up to $250.00 USD will be assessed for any violations.
- Early Checkout Fee: A flat fee applies as an Early Departure charge if you choose to shorten your stay and depart before your originally scheduled checkout date.
