Holiday Special with Golf Course Views - 2 Bed, 2 Bath Hawaiian Vacation

Welcome to Island Therapy! Located just 20 minutes north of the Kona (KOA) airport, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa offers all the amenities for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. Stop at Costco on the way from the airport and pick up everything that you need and prepare it in our fully stocked kitchen.

Our two bedroom, two bath villa is located at Fairway Villas in Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is beautifully decorated and furnished in island style décor for your comfort and has been recently upgraded with a new master bathroom. The unit is located on the second floor and easily accessed by elevator or stairs. The villa is in the B building facing the golf course and the Mauna Kea and Kohala Mountains. This view is perfect for those picturesque Hawaii sunrises. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. You can enjoy meals in the dining area, at the bar stools in the kitchen, or on the lanai overlooking the golf course with a view of the Mountains. The complex includes a heated infinity pool overlooking King’s Lake, an elevated waterfall spa, multiple grills with a picnic area, and a fitness center, all right across the street from the building for your use.

Located within the world class Waikoloa Beach Resort, our villa is walking distance to both the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops for dining out options and shopping. Also nearby, is the ancient petroglyph trail, pretty much in our backyard. A flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, and board games can be found in the villa for your enjoyment. Additional amenities include central A/C, a washer and dryer, a reserved parking spot and free wi-fi. This villa sleeps 4-6 guests with a convertible sofa. The well-appointed master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom was recently remodeled in 2020 and has an amazing spa like walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has one queen bed, a flat screen TV and a large closet with an adjoining guest bathroom. Some extra special amenities this villa has over other condos in the area are a Nest Thermostat for ease of setting the temperature, keyless entry, an AppleTV in the living room to mirror your iPhone so you can share your vacation photos with the family, an Echo Show in the kitchen for streaming music, reading recipes or reaching the owners, and all tile throughout the villa (no carpet!).

Great snorkeling and swimming can be found nearby (10 minute walk from condo) at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Hapuna Beach, great for boogie boarding, is just 10 minutes by car, as well as several other amazing beaches. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and an umbrella are in the unit for your use. Two golf courses are available at the Waikoloa Beach Resort; the Beach Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and the King’s Course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Nearby (within 15 minutes) you will also find several other world-class courses including the Mauna Lani course, the Mauna Kea course, and Hapuna course designed by Arnold Palmer.

Nearby you have the option to enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. Or you can visit the dolphins at Dolphin Discovery and take a tram to the shops and restaurants of the Hilton. While there don’t forget to experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. There are so many activities and there is something for everyone!
