Super hotel. Elephants in front of my room. All 7 hotel rooms reserved over 2 weekend by myself and friends had faulty air conditioning. Rooms were very hot. Difficult to sleep. Personnel act as if they donât know. Otherwise incredible hotel which includes dinner and a game drive!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt house. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and great.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and high-quality food. The staff were outstanding throughout our stayâalways friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed.
We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality and professionalism! đ

"Good evening....we left yesterday afternoon due to the following: I contacted the owner to complaine about the fact that there was no restuarant as advertised to be advised that it is operated as a self-catering unit. This info does not appear on the ad. If this cottage was operated as a self-catering ..."
