Chalets in Viterbo

'The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient. However a couple of downsides: -communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again. - The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am. - It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. 'An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!'

'Very helpful owners, great location. Breakfast is provided in the room and is very sweet based, pastries, biscuits, sweet yogurt, cake etc. there’s also a mini fridge and juice water and milk are provided along with coffee & tea making facilities. For me the breakfast was the weakest part of the stay but that’s personal preference as I don’t eat a lot of sweet foods. It’s a very quiet property and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.'

'Lovely room - quiet (the house is not directly facing the piazza). Also liked the little tea kitchen with an espresso machine, electric kettle and a stove to warm some food or cook a simple meal. Parking outside the city walls and taking the elevator to the historic center i very easy. It’s a 5 minute walk! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from close by.'

'Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo. But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.'

'Super vriendelijk personeel, eenvoudig ontbijt, maar wel van goede kwaliteit, kamer voor 3 personen aan de krappe kant, maar wel schoon en met goede bedden. De "terme" voorzieningen zijn prima. Lekker avond eten en uitstekende wijn, wel een beetje prijzig (E 5.00 per glas) Hotel locatie is niet super, op een industrie terrein aan de buitenkant van de stad.'
