'The property was run down, unkempt, and appeared unsafe. The check in procedure was unclear. The area was threatening. If I was a woman I would be terrified to spend a night here. I decided against trying to stay here and paid for a Doubletree instead, after seeing the property. I stayed in my car for a few minutes deciding and then left. No apparent staff, no signage. This place is at best, not prepared to host guests.'

'Perfect place for me and my family for the night! We were literally 5 mins away from Wynwood from all the events. The house was in perfect shape, super clean, all necessities were available, and our group of 6 all enjoyed our stay! '
