We were looking for a place for a group of 4 couples to stay, which offered us opportunities to be together, but separate, self-contained rooms. We found it in spades at Fine Acres. Beautifully appointed, with multiple living areas indoors and out, and an en-suite for each bedroom, it suited us perfectly. We were very impressed with the thoughtful food provisions, which meant we had hearty breakfasts throughout our stay. Highly recommend as a perfect location for group trips to the Barossa.

Fine Acres was absolutely perfect as our base to explore the Barossa Valley and celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Our host's communication was great, the property was wonderful and the location on our own private vineyard was beautiful. A great time was had by all. Thank-you!

We can't say enough wonderful things and thank you's to our host, Andrew, for this wonderful holiday house. All beds and appliances are of the highest quality and the house is immaculate. There is an outdoor patio and kitchen and excellent provisions provided.

Fine Acres surpassed our expectations. A truly beautiful retreat with everything you could ever want. Lots of seperate spaces and privacy for our large group to come together to celebrate. Central to the best the Barossa has to offer. We are planning our next trip.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. There was so much room for everyone to have their own space, but also enough space in 1 area to sit together to eat. We were blown away with the quality of everything. The beds were super comfortable and so easy to have a good sleep. The outside area and views are unmatched. Not a complaint to make, this property is worth every dollar. I hope one day I have the opportunity to go back. Thank you for everything.

This house has everything our group needed. We were a family group of all adults plus one little baby. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were multiple living spaces so plenty of room to spread out. The location was very quiet with only the grape vines for neighbours but only a very short drive to the supermarket etc. Highly recommend this house - hope to be back with another group asap. Thanks also to Andrew for being a great host.

This very well laid out and maintained property is perfect for 6 couples. We also enjoyed a catered for dinner with 14 people in the outdoor undercover area. Fine Acres Estate was the perfect location for an intimate wedding ceremony for our daughter. Stunning views, luxury accommodation and all those special touches which made the occasion even more wonderful. Excellent communication from the owner and generous breakfast provisions made the time here memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommend for that special getaway!

Highly recommend Fine Acres and Andrew who hosted me and a big group of family/friends. The house is even more stunning than the photos and what a fantastic location, close to everything. The whole place is brand new and clean, the bedrooms are large and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. Well worth the price, will be back again. Thanks again, Andrew.
