'Great location. Right next to an A line subway stop and very easily walkable from Termini. Design of the space is fantastic. Check in was inexcusably messy and I note that other guests had similar complaints. It took me 30 minutes to even get an answer to the door while standing outside on the street in 95 degree heat. Not an auspicious start. Couldn’t find my reservation and because this is not a hotel—which is not clear on Expedia—but an unstaffed guest house, there was no one there to...

'Overall a good experience, room was a bit out dated. I expected a decent size modern TV. The other weird thing, or this is maybe something in Rome/Italy, you pay €20 for breakfast, but you still have to pay extra’s for like orange juice, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc. I though this is something standard during each breakfast. Atleast it was on my previous stays in other countries.'

Andrea and the other ladies working at the reception were lovely & super helpfull before our arrival (easily available via whatsapp) and during our stay for tips for best transportation methods etc. Room was clean, very calm at night even though located in historic centre. The smart tv has Netflix. The rooms stay nice and cool during the heatwave because the airco can stay on even when you leave.'

'Nice Guest House close to Termini (central station) Extremely close to Roma Termini. Very convenient when arriving by train from other parts of Italy 🇮🇹 or travelling to the airport. Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. Also very close to Cathedral where Pope Frances is buried. If you go early in the morning there’s no queue. Owner is friendly...

'Koud water met douchen twee dagen gehad. Bioler zou kapot zijn, is daarna wel gemaakt. Geen compenserende middelen gekregen. Verder vriendelijk personeel en kamer zag eruit zoals op de foto.'

'The hotel is small, but neat. Within walking distance of the train station. I did not feel unsafe. Staff neat, correct and know a lot to tell. Room big enough, bathroom too. You can still hear the metro a little bit, but not to irritate you. If you sleep, you will not wake up from it. Breakfast more than enough, if you have to leave early for a tour, you can get a breakfast package. Just indicate a day in advance. Would definitely choose this hotel again.'
