« Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home. « Ziggys is a really nice place, staff is friendly and breakfast is simple but very good. We visited in winter and the room radiator had a little trouble heating the room well, so I recommend you take warm pyjamas (the provided blankets did the job though). »

« Avevamo la camera numero 1. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura senza grandi pretese ma purtroppo ha deluso anche quei pochi standard che dovrebbe avere. Comunicazione pressoché assente, abbiamo dovuto contattare sempre noi il referente per avere informazioni base per il check-in e check-out. La camera era davvero messa male, il gabinetto era staccato dal pavimento, la doccia era in realtà una piccola vasca con un doccino attaccato alla parete che non essendo regolabile permetteva di lavarsi solo...

"Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel Alexandre Gala dans son ensemble, l'accueil, la restauration, l'emplacement de l'hôtel près de la plage et du centre ville de la troya mais également de las americas. Par contre en ce qui concerne la piscine nous n'y sommes pas allés car des 7h 30 le matin, les clients vont installer leur serviettes et le personnel de l'hôtel ne s'y oppose donc il y a beaucoup d'abus. Ce qui m'a le plus déplu c'est le non respect des touristes envers cette belle îles et leurs habitants. La ville remplies de détritus au petit matin. Cela est triste. La plupart de la jeunesse n'est malheureusement pas concerné par l'écologie lorsqu'il ne sont pas dans leur pays respectifs. Cette ville est très touristique..."
