In één woord: geweldig. Mooi hotel, in het hart van Venetië. Hadden kamer aan klein kanaal, zagen de bootjes voorbij gaan. Personeel erg vriendelijk en netjes

OK. Venice2020 is calm...like never before!
+ nice rooms (connecting doors). + friendly Staff + location : perfectly in between San Marco & Rialto (only 2 blocks away) - breakfast service : the Corona solution results in a long waiting line. Breakfast is just OK, rather limited compared to other experiences in Italy. - surprised to see lower Covid-control (no temperature check!?) in whole Venice...

Probably the best hotel in Venice!
I loved everything from the minute we walked in! The staff at the reception was super kind and we got an upgrade to an awesome suite with canal view. The hotel is perfectly located in the center with an own stop for the boats. I have been in many, many hotels worldwide and this has been one of the best experiences in 10 years!

When we arrived on Thurs evening and checked in we were shown to our room.When we unpacked it was late so wedecided to watch a bit of tv alas there was no reception and this carried on until the monday when we left all the staff kept saying was an engineer would fix it we are still waiting shocking service ,also in the restaurant my partner had a bowl of minestrone soup which looked and tasted like a bowl of dishwaterwith some vegtables in it ,the restaurant manager said he would not charge for it and offered complementary sorbets when the bill arrived they had charged 18 euros for the soup and 24 euros for the sorbet this took 3 efforts and a lot of annoyance to resolve also if you are gluten free be prepared to wait a long time for your food

The property was beautiful. In a great spot. The tv didnt work the whole time we where there asked twice for someone to look at it . Then gave up. Air conditioning was great all else fantastic.

Great location close to main attractions in Venice. Nice room on top floor with balcony and view of St Marks’ tower. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was expensive and disappointing. Although we pre-paid 180euros for three days breakfasts at check in we were not on the breakfast list and the host made us sign a bill. We were then overcharged for two additional breakfasts.

We had an amazing stay. Our room was perfect and the staff treated us like royalty. We loved the rooftop bar. This was just what we needed!!!

This was our 8th visit to this hotel. We absolutely love it. The staff are lovely, and the hotel is spotless. It is in a very convenient location.

Not the greatest room probably because I booked it through Expedia. Easy access from the cruise terminal via water taxi and easy access to the airport via water taxi. Staff was great as was the location. We did not dine in the restaurant but did enjoy cocktails in the bar. The concierge recommended a restaurant that was loud and sort of uncouth. I think they might get a rebate for these recommendations. Do your homework before you go and select your restaurants accordingly. Do not get the breakfast. There are a huge number of options for breakfast costing a fraction of what the hotel charges. A nice property centrally located but rather expensive for what you get.

Our room was not only clean but surprisingly large by European standards. Bed was quite comfortable which was a welcome surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to anything you could need. Only negative, walls are quite thin. You can hear everything in the hallway. Didn’t end up being an issue. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Located between two notable sites Rialto bridge (2 minute walk) and San Marco Cathedral (10 minute walk). The staff at this hotel were so wonderful! Beds comfortable and rooms well appointed. You must book the canal view room to see all the boat traffic. Still very quiet with shops and restaurants outside your door. Complimentary boat taxi to Merato.

Hotel is in a fantastic location situated in the centre of Venice. A short walk to all the main points of interest. Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was lovely. Definitely recommend paying for a canal view, our room was wonderful with lovely views over the canal, even just having the window open and listening to the locals go about their daily life was great. Highly recommend it and would stay again if we're ever fortunate enough to return.

We loved this place. we had 2 rooms on the same floor and we loved them both. however, in the one my kids stayed in, there were little flying bugs in the shower and bedroom. next morning, they had many bug bites. we dont know if they were bedbugs or something like this. other than this, we had an excellent time and the place is amazing. one of the prettiest hotels in venice, and extremely well located. super walkable everywhere. the hotel is better than expected

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms were unique and fitting for Venice. This location is perfect if you want to be right in the heart of Venice. St. Mark’s and the Rialto bridge are both very short walks. The boat dock on the canal is the most unique feature and I recommend using the private boat taxi to/from Marco Polo airport - even though the high tide kept us rrom using our hotel’s dock (we had to walk to Rialto). We visited in March and Venice was wildly crowded and there was standing water everywhere. You need reservations for lunch and dinner and walking shoes that can get wet. Forget the vaporetto, they are so crowded and unpleasant. You can walk everywhere, but I really cannot imagine visiting in high season. We did not eat at the hotel and I think we should have, it looked great too.

Located close to San Marcos square but not too close. A hidden gem which still holds the charm of old Venice with a touch of style and class. Just open a window and you’re permeated with Venice. The sounds of the bell towers, gondoliers and people outside. Unforgettable.
