'Clean property and very helpful staff'

'The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment '

'Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. '

'I stayed at this hotel in March 2024 and this is, so far, my top 1 hotel I've stayed at in Colva. From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great! The rooms are clean and fresh, as are the bed linen and towels. I stayed in room 306 and found it to be relatively quiet late at night/early morning. The reception is manned around the...
