'The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island...

'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...). Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'

'Upon arrival at this small Tanna island airport, we were warmly greeted by their staff and assist us to the hotel. Alyssa and Clera are very helpful explaining places around the island and their facilities to us. Arranged all meals for us daily. Excellent service!'

'Mooi complex met hutjes verspreid over het terrein. Zwembad is klein en ligbedden staan verspreid over het grasveld. Geen strand bij het hotel, maar via een steiger loop je zo de zee in waar je kunt snorkelen. Eten is goed, excursies keurig geregeld vanuit het hotel en de transfer van en naar de luchthaven is gratis.'

'Eratap beach resort was absolutely perfect. From the views to the staff and everything in between was amazing. The pool villa was spacious with a great view of the ocean and islands. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The food was amazing! Fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. The resort was about 25mins out of town but supplied everything that was needed. There were daily activities and entertainment such as snorkelling, kayaking,...

'No hot water the first night, very old room, noisy, poor quality breakfast, not good value for money, front gate and reception close at 9PM so unable to access the carpark after that time.'

'We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples.'
