This four-story, fully restored home comfortably accommodates a family of four or four adults, with space for up to six guests—though it may feel cozy at full capacity. The house has been carefully restored with high-quality materials to maintain its historic character while offering all the modern conveniences.
Ground Floor: A spacious salon with a convertible sofa, a 19th-centuryfireplace, a library, and two closets. Decorated with a beautiful carpet, this room also includes a half bath for convenience.
First Floor: The bright and airy living room features a beautiful maple dining table and is the perfect spot for shared meals and relaxation. Enjoy the second 19th-century fireplace, TV, and music on the HI-FI system. The room is furnished with a leather convertible sofa, two armchairs, and fast Wi-Fi.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, with a dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, refrigerator-freezer, and a wine opener for sampling local Côtes du Rhône wines.
