Villa's in Upstate New York

'I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. '

'Home / "Old School House" was EXCEPTIONAL. Host is wonderful. We stayed for 6 nights and saw new items each day that we had not yet noticed. Owners have impeccable taste. Home has HUGE windows with wonderful Sunlight. I highly recommend this home. There were plenty of "local" restaurants in the nearby towns. Plenty of chain restaurants as well, but we prefer to eat local. '

'We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. '

'From the moment we entered the home, the beautiful, panoramic view of Malletts Bay was amazing. The house was very updated and clean. The furniture was thoughtfully arranged for groups large or small. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was great with all new appliances, an abundance of counter space, and all essential cookware. House is convenient to recreational center, Bayside park, and convenience store. We had an incredible Christmas week on the bay! '
