'Staff very nice, dinner and breakfast were good. Room was nice but toilet did not flush properly had to flush it multiple times for it to actually go down and the absolutely aweful air conditioner!!! Wall unit that made terribly loud noise every time it shut off . Kept my daughter awake all night! And at check out the office was closed, so we couldnt tell anyone ! No ice machine or ice on property. Would not recommend if you’re used to chain hotels with amenities and 24 hour staff to assist!...

'We enjoyed our stay at Beachcomber. We stayed 2 nights. We loved the live music on Friday and Saturday, grill and restaurant food was great and so were the drinks. Prime spot on the lake!'

'Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly.'

'The pool was closed, along with the restaurant, which we were not aware of. When we walked the trails to sit at a scenic location, branches and shrubs blocked our view. When we showered, there was half empty bottles of body wash, shampoo and other showering necessities. This was $600 a night. Totally not worth it at this time.'
