'What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor.
The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to...

'The room we were in , 113, did not have any way to darken the room. Only a thin blind so all the street lights and cars driving by with lights on shone through. It was less than ideal and made it difficult to sleep.'

'Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...

'The property was clean, but the second floor had a musty smell in the hallway, especially by the elevators. They did a good job of maintaining an old building.
The air conditioner in the room worked, but not as well as it should have. It was humid throughout our stay.
We appreciated the skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel!
The breakfast had many options. One morning they ran out of coffee for awhile, although management was quick to respond to the situation.'

'Beautiful clean property and parking was easy and affordable at the hotel. The breakfast was great, and coffee available 24/7 was appreciated. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The place was spotless. The afternoon food and drinks was very cool, and the place was popping with excited families. The room was spotless and the air conditioning easy to adjust. the bathroom was clean and the only critique is that there is no fan in the bathroom.'

'Let’s start with the positives! The rooms are adorable like the pictures show! They feel cleaner than a hotel and the beds and bedding were very comfortable!!! Another huge positive was the quietness. I was in my room frequently and never felt annoyed by closing doors or people being loud! So, in those ways The Herbie was a great choice!!!!
Things to consider…1. There is no one that works there. If you have a problem or a question, it is hard to solve quickly. 2. It is in a warehouse...

'This hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness was awesome! The hallways even smelt clean! The rooms were very nice sized! We ate breakfast there daily except 1 morning out of 6 and we always had something good to choose from! Waffle maker was awesome! The staff brought me a travel crib, which was awesome! The pool was always nice and clean with warm fresh towels to dry off! Would definitely recommend staying at this location, very close to lots of food/shopping options!'
