« Communication très difficile, l’ensemble du personnel ne parle que chinois. La réception est ridicule, minuscule et salle. Le petit-déjeuner très limité et de faible qualité. Cependant la chambre était très bien (hormis un tuyau de douche qui fuyait) avec domotique et des lits extrêmement confortables. Autre point positif, l’hôtel est situé en face du stade des travailleurs et l’on peut rejoindre l’artère commerçante de Sanlitun en une grosse quinzaine de minutes à pied. »

« We are a family of 4. We were in an apartment style room with 2 king beds, and a small kitchen. We had a washing machine which was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff accommodated us and gave us pots and pans so we could do a little cooking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and were promptly given them. "Nous avons eu besoin de sortir très tôt pour arriver à l'aéroport à temps, c'est pour cela qu'on a décidé de rester sans cet hôtel. La seule chose que j'aurai aimé, ce que la piscine ne soit pas restreint pour la manque de chapeau à piscine. On voulait l'utiliser mais ce n'était pas possible."
