« Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour enregistrer notre chambre qui était déjà payé par hôtel.com car ils avaient reçu un mail d’expedia et ne comprenait pas pourquoi ma confirmation par mail ne venait pas d’eux. Le personnel est assez vite débordé. En attendant qu’ils comprennent nous avons donc attendu dans le hall. L’hotel se trouve à 10 minutes de Galle en tuktuk et à côté d’une supérette.
