'My one star rating has nothing to do with the staff or quality of room. Charging a guest $10 a night just to park in basically a public lot. They didn't even take my vehicle info. This is a money grab and will end up costing this location valuable customers. I have stayed at this specific location for over 7 years when our family member was hospitalized at Duke Hospital. I hate to change, but this is just totally unacceptable….i demand reasonable value for where I spend my money! Hope they...

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Hotel Durham! The location was perfect—close to Duke University, restaurants, and shopping, making it incredibly convenient for our visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the indoor pool and fitness center were great amenities to have during our stay. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home....

'We were passing through and and was looking for a cheap place to stay for the night. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" was true in this place.The road to the hotel is ruff.The pool was filled in and had grass growing in it.The block fence around the pool was torn up.The beds were hard as a rock.I booked and paid through Expedia and the hotel also charged me a $100 deposit and it took six days for them to put it back on my card.I will say the room was pretty clean and the showers...
