'My allergies didn’t act up, that’s my standard of clean room, beddings and towels. The staff were very courteous and professional. We had a peaceful and quiet night, so I extended another night. Great breakfast. Close to the UCD campus, we came to visit my daughter. We already checked out at 11AM but I had to attend an online conference for couple more hours, I was ok staying in the lobby but I was offered the conference room. 'Beautiful room with very comfortable beds - nice sectional sofa so plenty of room. Clean and delicious breakfast. Nice to be on campus, close to the arboretum walk and the Mondavi Community Center. Free parking. Very friendly front desk folks. Will stay again!! Who knew if would be so much fun to be in Davis. Great hotel.'

'I always love staying here. It isn’t go to hotel. It’s always quiet, clean and in a close to the campus. The only thing that stuck out this time was my room had ants (mostly in the bed/sheets). But that is not a big deal for me and I am scheduled for the next couple of weeks here. I recommend this hotel to everyone!! '

'Staff was amazing. The place wasn't. The sink pipe was leaking. It had the vibe like there cameras in the outlets (I have no proof....just the vibe), smelled of weed, outside was dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable or safe (as a single female occupant) staying there. I checked out immediately and asked to cancel my reservation. Only received half of my cost and my insurance policy number didn't work since I canceled the trip. '
