Wonderful condo with amazing location and amazing views!! It could use a little up dating here and there and a non-stick pan, but this was one of our favorite places at Tybee

Great location, needs some updates

The location is great but the condo could use some updates and additional amenities. The bedroom on the bottom floor could have used a fan for some air circulation. It was a little musty. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrades. The carpet in the living room was rolled up and needs repair. It was right by the door and a tripping hazard, especially for our older family members. The bathroom door upstairs didn’t close well. Ac never got to temp, even though I set it to 67 it always stayed in the 70s. There were no amenities like Kleenex, shampoo or conditioner, coffee or beach towels. For people traveling from out of state, those amenities would have been appreciated. Beach towels for a beach rental seem like an obvious amenity that should be included. Overall, good location but needs some improvements and upgrades to match the price.

November get away

Roomy townhome in a perfect location

The townhome is a good size with enough room, seating, and bathrooms. The location is fantastic, being located on the north end of the beach where there are fewer public boardwalks helps keep the beach from being too busy. This may be our new favorite place to stay on Tybee. The management company was also very responsive, we had a couple of things unexpectedly break and they were very fast to remediate the issues.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation 2019

The property was great. The family was very happy with the accommodations, and would gladly stay there again. If you want some suggestions to make it better, here are some ideas. (not complaints) Gravel driveway. It looked like all of the other driveways in the cul-de-sac were paved. (really not a big deal) Have a mat on the inside or outside of the back entrance to help clear sand before entering the house. (We felt that this was missing... Perhaps put away for the winter season?) Darker window drapes. People staying on the east side bedroom can't elect to sleep in. (not really an issue for us) No plunger in upstairs bathroom. (wasn't an issue for us, but could be for someone else.) I want to reiterate that our stay was fantastic. No complaints. The things in the list above are from the family trying to brainstorm suggestions/ideas.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

(4.5 stars but couldn’t make that happen.) This is a lovely 3 Bedroom/3 bath unit, with immediate access to the beach; an ocean view from the deck, living room and upstairs bedroom. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we needed a 4th bedroom and the basement room didn’t work well for that purpose. We moved to another house. If we need a 3B/3bath in the future we will surely rent this unit. The other outstanding feature of this rental was the neighbor who helped us negotiate the parking. She was amazing — the “poster child” for Southern Hospitality.” I cannot day enough good things about her and all the neighbors. I highly recommend this rental.

It is misleading to say this rental is a four bedroom. It is three nice rooms with a room off the garage. No bathroom access off the garage room. Maintenance people were excellence in cleaning the garage room after our arrival and putting air in the four bicycle w/flat tires.

Great place for children and grand children to reconnect. The only negative aspect was parking. It’s very cramped and limited.

Beach view windows were all covered with plastic for paint work. Workers showed up right after we arrived and started to do paint work. We couldn’t use the walkway to the beach or see out any windows so we had to move homes.

Not what we expected.........

The ocean view was a treat although the distance from the beach didn't provide much sound from the ocean waves. This is a shared deck with close proximity to three other condo dwellers/families. Better be sociable! Every toilet in the house is kid's size and challenging for our over 5' 5" family members. This home is comfortable but needs a little TLC. Parking and access to the entrance door was a logistics nightmare. The fourth bedroom is hidden away in the back of the garage complete with dampness and mold. We will not be returning to this rental site.
