« room was not cleaned properly the bed sheets had a stain. the couch was soiled, there was fingerprints on the furniture and door and the floor was not clean with debris. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was very loud. The hallways of the hotel had an artificial freshener that was overwhelming. I was really disappointed in our room. « Our initially assigned room had a bed frame structure issue which required getting a new room. The front desk was very helpful and patient with this!

« Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good.

« Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. »
