« The host was arrogant and don't speak English you need to use the google translator in order to communicate, the AC Units are smaller than the room capacity so you can say no AC is present, very hot inside the rooms morning and evening no point of using it, the stair from floor level to 1st are very rough and all furniture and accessories are low quality very cheap cupboard's and bed dressing. I don't know how they get this rating i beleive we've been fooled out by expedia. If i have a...

« Our family had a great stay. Felt like home for 11 nights. Loved the pool, the neighborhood and mountain views. Very helpful management (special thanks to Fatmanur for arranging our room change to 6th floor). »

« Amazing staff with proper care and services. »

« Yani fiyatına göre gayet iyi. Ufak tefek eksikler var. Klima yok fakat Klimaya gerek olmadı Temmuzda. Buzdolabında içecekler var ama ücretli haberiniz olsun. »

« Terrible. Appointment with bed/settee. NO BED. Folding dining table fitted to wall, can't be used if settee is open. Hot water in shower only. Shoes to be removed before entering. Damp floor tiles, no slippers supplied. Single ring gas cooker. Fridge was nice. €115 refundable deposit required. You have to empty your waste bin in the city bins about 100 m away. Reserved for £24 but had to pay £31.50. I am 76 and my wife is 71. We were too tired to look for another place, so we stayed for one...

« The location is amazing. The host is great and very helpful. The issue is cleanliness. They don’t clean the space well. The bathroom is particularly bad. Poor ventilation creates lots of black mould in the shower and around the window. It’s gross. »

« The host was very accommodating and kindly allowed me to check in early at 9:00 AM instead of the standard 3:00 PM, which I truly appreciated. The apartment had not yet been cleaned upon arrival, but given the early check-in, this was understandable.Pros:Excellent location, within walking distance of Galata Tower and many major attractionsClean and generally comfortable spaceFully equipped kitchen setup (in terms of appliances)Washing machine available, which is very convenient for longer...

« Lovely and clean apartment in an amazing location! only 5 minutes to Galata Tower. »
