'Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we found several members of the staff to be rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for our stay. The hotel itself is very dated and, more importantly, did not feel clean. The carpet in our room was visibly dirty and so unpleasant that I did not feel comfortable taking off my flip-flops and walking barefoot at any point during our stay.
