This Luxury styled Suite has all the conforts of a home, nested in a local neigbourhood inTulum surrounded by jungle esceneries, some rural paths lead to this pardise in Tulum. The staff is kind and ready to share their best local recomendations, a professional team manage the Condo with the concierge at the front desk.
A confortable king size bed has luxurious bedding, fully equipped kitchenette with a large fridge, big closet, a rain shower in bathroom with welcome amenities included.
The nearest paths to our home have not been paved, the rate in is low to compensate dust and bother of potholes, no further compensation will be offered. We are sure you wikl enjoy your stay like other guest before you.
To rent the second suite there is a small fee , ask when you inquire to get access to the second suite we have available perfect for family groups.
Guest access
Guest have access aside from private pool to jacuzzi at booth rooftops, griller, fire pit, hamock bing bag beds,and excersise yoga mats and dumbells equipments to be requested in front desk. We offer a discount price, rate is being lowered to compensate the posible disconfort from the development activities and unpaved roads near our home ( only 300 mts). No further compensation will be offered.
For changes and cancelations on month long stays the base day rate per day will apply, month rental rates are only for completed stays.
For all rentals there is a fee for electricity at 100 mx pesos or 6 usd .
