The Space:
This loft has a comfortable matrimonial size bed and a sofa bed, ideal space for trips as a couple, friends or family. It has a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. It also has high-speed wireless internet.

Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the building's common areas amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the bottom of La Veleta, Region 8 offers a unique combination of breathtaking natural beauty, proximity to the beach and strategic location in Tulum.

Getting Around:
The beach is just a few kilometers away and it is easy to get around by car, motorcycle or bike. For access to restaurants and supermarkets, we recommend using vehicles since it is an area that is still under development.

Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more).
For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
