This beautiful designer Modern condo is located in the heart of desirable Tucson foothills cluster which is known as the best district in town occupied by professionals. Relax on your private covered patio, take a dip in the sparkling pool, or walk on over to La Encantada and enjoy some of Tucson's finest dining and shopping. It is near many beautiful Tucson golf courses and hiking & biking trails.

This 2nd floor condo was fully renovated with high-end finishes and is an ideal location for any type of activity in Tucson.
Many upgrades: granite kitchen, all new furniture, new kitchen and bath fixtures and cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and all the dishes, appliances, utensils, linens, towels you could want to enjoy. Loved the condo and how it was updated looked styled. The location was great as we enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Our host was friendly and prompt with reply when we had an issue with the smoke detector. This was a perfect rental for us and will surely stay here again.

My husband and I had a great time in Tucson and enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The location was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful Catalina and Tucson views

Great location close toLa encantada with pool, tennis, and view of the Catalina mountains. We especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the deck and listening to and watching all of the desert birds. The condo was very clean and well appointed in a very nice condo complex. Five stars!

The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely located. Only two minor issues: the lack of a Pyrex measuring cup, and the absence of a user friendly television setup. There was too much to figure out to watch a program. The YouTube TV required my subscribing to it.

Location was great, and condo was really well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed staying there. My only issue was the WiFi was spotty so I had to watch TV on my phone instead of the TV. Otherwise I did not have any problems and didn’t need to contact the owner.

Perfect Place for a Getaway

Wow is all I can say about this property. It was the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at and I've stayed at quite a few. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine and some snacks. The host has really outdone herself. I would stay again at this property any time I wanted to come to Tucson. The only suggestion I would make is to place a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door so there is additional room to hang up your towels after using them.

Katie was very responsive and that was helpful. Not Katie’s fault, but the gym was not great. We appreciated a stocked cabinet of towels. The condo bathroom is for tall people so if you have kids or are short. Overall the stay was great and we loved the location.

This condo unit is in a really good location, one of the best in Tucson, due to the proximity of the La Encantada shopping center. AJ's Fine Foods is within walking distance, which is a big plus for quick meals. Several other restaurants are also in the shopping complex. Tennis courts and the condo's swimming pool are visible from the balcony and are right there. The unit has been updated recently. Notably the color grey seems to be in design vogue all around Tucson right now, and the interior of the unit is very dark, making it seem constrained. The ventilation seemed very restrictive. Having some screens installed would be a good idea to enable bringing in some clean fresh air.

This property was exactly as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The place appeared to be professionally decorated, and had a nice view from the deck. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet it was. We are both swimmers, and the pool was perfect--heated to the right level, and not crowded, especially in the late morning when we were there. Overall, just a very pleasant stay.

Great Tucson Visit

Our visit to this property was wonderful. We were already aware of the benefits of the location from a prior stay at the complex. All of your basic needs are waiting for you and the condo is so well laid out and furnished, it was a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace and it’s views of sunsets and the mountains. Location, location - you can easily walk to La Encantada Mall and enjoy it’s many sores, restaurants, but most of all A J’s Market! We had minimal contact with our host due to their welcome book which contained so much useful information. Plus this also reflects on how well cared for the property is results in a most relaxing vacation. We highly recommend this condo. Marilyn &Paul G.
