'Great stay'

'The Mayo was a wonderful hotel. (I don’t quite know what the name refers to as I never saw any mayonnaise in sight!) But worth a lovely stay here if you’re in the area.'

'Had a bad experience. We choose to stay here for a concert at the BOK Center. The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. They couldn't refund due to me paying my stay thru Expedia and the only thing they can do was give me stars. My account doesn't reflect any stars from them and it's been a week since. 'Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.'

'I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.'
