'The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

'Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. 'Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location downtown. We stayed 3 nights with our kids for the 4th of July and it was a great experience. This would also be the perfect place to stay for an event at the BOK center. On a side note, the area has a lot of homeless folks. Nothing the hotel can do about it. But an added bonus for the hotel is that the parking garage is secure and covered. Just don’t plan on walking too far unless you want to be surrounded by a horde of the homeless.'
