'Loved our stay at Palazzo De Mori! We arrived past the usual check in time and Sergio helped us with very informative instructions on how to get into the property and access our room - such a relief! Georgetta on front desk provided some excellent restaurant recommendations - thank you! Rooms were clean and nice with a beautiful view of the port. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the homemade lemon cake! A beautiful time here and we have already recommended to family and friends. '
'It is walking distance to Centro. Lovely atmosphere in resort, Breakfast excellent. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. I recommend a stay here. Otrano area is worth a visit. '

'The hotel is beautifully situated behind the cathedral in the old centre of Otranto. The service is very good and the staff are kind and caring. Don't hesitate and stay in this Palazzo!'
'Eenvoudige, maar zeer nette kamer. Prima ontbijt op het dakterras van de erg vriendelijke eigenaar Dimitri.
Hij gaf goede informatie o.a. over de kortingen ( o.a. bij restaurants) en extraatjes die Otranto aanbood van de toeristenbelasting. Wij lazen in de gegeven informatie dat er ook fietsen konden worden geleend (gratis) bij de touristoffice en dit leek ons wel een goed idee om Otranto te verkennen. Het bleek inderdaad heel leuk!'

It was not just a service , you have to pay € 10 per day.
From my point of view it should be better to include these costs into the overall room prices.
The service in the restaurant could be improved. Just one waiter had to service the whole restaurant.

'I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much at Hotel Minerva. Carlo and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room had a very comfortable bed, great shower and A/C. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the historic old town. It was perfect !! '

'Great place for a relaxing vacation. On walking distance from Otranto. The hotel is offering a great looking pool with enough beds and umbrellas poolside. Rooms are very clean with enough space. Very helpful staff.
If there is a small downside to be mentioned, it is in the way the hotel has been build with different levels and stairs (elevators available). '

"The appartment is minutes walk from al the restaurants and beach. The place is very clean but kitchen, bathroom and sofa are old and could use an update. But for the price we paid we can't complain. Overall we had a pleasant stay in Otranto! "
