Whether you're here with family, two couples, or a small group looking to exhale, this place gives you room to settle in and stay a while.

Two bedrooms and five beds offer a flexible layout that suits families and groups alike. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage are all in place - so unpacking and settling in feels effortless from the moment you arrive.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - not just coffee and toast. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and a complete set of dishes and silverware are all on hand, along with cooking basics and a dining table where everyone can pull up a chair. After a day at the beach or pool, a home-cooked meal here - or something off the grill out back - lands exactly right.

 

Outdoor living

The patio is where the day tends to go. Outdoor furniture and a hammock set the tone for easy afternoons, with garden views holding the whole scene in green and quiet. The BBQ grill turns evenings into something worth lingering over. When the coast calls, beach essentials are ready to go - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, snorkeling gear, and a kayak - so getting to Banderas Bay never takes much effort.

 

Pool, gym & resort access

The shared amenities here go well beyond a standard rental. A semi-olympic outdoor pool and on-site gym give you ways to move and unwind without leaving the development. Winding green trails add another option for staying active outdoors. Resort access broadens what's available across your stay, giving you more to explore without going far.

Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable through warm coastal days. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it practical for anyone who needs to stay connected or get a few things done remotely. A washer and dryer take the pressure off longer trips and beach-heavy stays - no need to pack light. A private entrance makes arrivals and departures smooth and straightforward.

A crib is available for guests traveling with young children, and the space is pet-friendly - so the whole group can come along.

 

Getting around

Matiari sits in a quiet, secure pocket of Nuevo Vallarta - close to everything without being in the middle of it. The beaches of Banderas Bay, nearby golf courses, and the dining and café scene in Bucerías are all a short drive away. Plaza Lago Real is right next door for everyday needs, and a laundromat is also close by. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.

 

At your service

Del Mar Boutique Accommodation keeps an operational and customer service team available throughout your stay. The space is cleaned before arrival, with additional cleaning available during your stay. Luggage drop-off is on offer for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are welcome.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.

You are just a short drive from the soft sands of Banderas Bay, elite golf courses, and the vibrant dining scene of Bucerías. With high-end shopping at Plaza Lago Real next door, Matiari is your ideal hub for a relaxing family getaway.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



PET FRIENDLY

We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
