'Me and my gf had booked a 1 bed room for our 3 year anniversary, not only has the room been above our expectations and exactly what we were wanting, but the lady at the front desk (who has been working at the front all day Thursday, I didn’t get her name!) has been the most helpful worker I think i’ve ever seen in any establishment. She kept very friendly conversation with us and seemed very happy about us having our 3 year at this hotel, and even invited us to the snack shop to help ourselves...

'The breakfast was phenomenal the most variety of any hotel breakfast i have ever had. Nice clean rooms that need updated but they are in the process of doing that. Good bed and pillows too '

'Heating didn't work properly - could not get temperature above 60 degrees (highly uncomfortable in KC during Winter). Asked for a solution twice, but the issue was never resolved.'
