Room was pretty clean, some of the staff spoke English, air conditioning worked perfect, great location near shin-okubo subway station and our side of the building was quiet at night. We were on the 14th floor in the opposite side of the batting cages, our friend was on the same floor but opposite side, she said she don’t hear the batting cages but she did hear alot of commotion on the streets. Seems there’s a lot of “adult activity” in the area, there were a lot of hotels rented by the hour all around this one. Next time we would stay somewhere else, specially if you have children. Shinjuku station was a nightmare, so avoid if possible. The Ueno area was much much better. Hair dryer was getting hot during use and would barely blow air, noticed it was extremely clogged so I had to clean it with a toothbrush so air would flow out, only after that it worked perfectly.
