« Frank was a fantastic host. The property was clean and essentially well stocked for a VRBO. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and the view was exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasant stay. We didn't have any concerns with the property except the washer and dryer are a bit loud, but other than that our family of 5 enjoyed every day of our vacation. »

« The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. « Property was great. Only problem was I made the reservation with a "boat slip" as an included part of the reservation. I received a call from the owner that the boat slip had been sold about a month before the reservation date. This would have cancelled the trip but luckily, I found a boat slip at Duck Key Marina available, which is very rare for lobster season. No real fault but all ended well. »

« Gated enclave with numerous nearby amenities. Property in showroom condition. Family oriented area. Would definitely visit again »
