'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon. Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'Early check in was very convenient for us. They are very pet friendly the staff gave us a do not disturb tag that informed their staff of pets inside the room. Also they had a cute goodie bag for my pup. My kids absolutely loved it here. Will definitely recommend. Also , deposit collected during checkin , when I checked out was instantly given back to me'

'This resort was beautiful. Its unfortunate that beach renourishment was going on during our stay but that didn't make us enjoy our stay any less. The pool, views, rooms, staff and location were perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Pensacola Beach.'

'We hadden een kamer met kingsize bed en stapelbed geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met enkel een king en een slaapbank. Bij de receptie werden we verwezen naar Expedia. Ze konden niets voor ons doen. Belachelijk dit! Ik heb dit nog nergens meegemaakt.'

'We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. It was always stocked and fresh. The staff was very helpful when we needed them. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beach access and chair rental, as well as the pool area. This was one of our favorite vacations ever!'

'The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thank goodness, I did bring my own Keurig.. If you like a really really hard bed than you would love this one. I could hardly sleep and when I did get up my back was...

'Room was nice and clean and hotel was perfect walking distance to our show at the bay center. We are at the restaurant and ordered a burger, kids chicken and macaroni and the appetizer dumplings. The dumplings were good, everything else was pretty bad. I would suggest eating somewhere else if you want more than just a drink.'
