I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like...

« The inn is obviously aging, but still well maintained and clean. Having both a microwave and refrigerator in the room was great and I enjoyed the pool very much! Would have appreciated towels being available by the pool, and was a little disappointed that there were no lounge chairs. Overall, the hotel met all of my needs and the staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay here again. »

« I’m happy to say that this is our favorite hotel in the West San Jose/Campbell area. It is clean, bright and beautiful inside. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is excellent. When we arrived the gentleman working behind the desk went out of his way to make sure that a room was exactly what we wanted. It’s the only place I stay when I’m in town. Bravo Carlyle! »

Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like me Parking is big enough, the highway just aside does not bring noise issues (my window was on the highway side!), bed was really good. I will come back for sure!"
