'We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue.
When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day.
The location is excellent — close to shopping malls and restaurants, and only...

'The room was massive, even bigger than the picture made us think. Great waterpressure in the shower and nice beds. The location is near several highways and it offers easy access to both the city as wel as Peggy's Cove. Nice pool and good breakfast as well. Only downside was that housekeeping on our floor was only at the end of the afternoon (around 4 pm) which can be a bit late when traveling with a young child.'

No headboard on the bed, a personal peeve.
The mattress comforts fair to tolerable.
Expect not much adornment, but really don’t appreciate ceiling lighting only.
Extremely institutional feel.
Reading lamps even as a rental option, much better.
Limited power points.
Maybe I am not a dorm or hostel compliant traveller anymore….but it’s a modern world.'
